All orders within Sweden are shipped with Postnord Mypack Collect or DHL. However, a prerequisite is that the product is unused and undamaged.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that food items are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. These include the pastries Delicatoboll, Punschrulle and Mazarin provided by Delicato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns in general<\/strong><br \/>You have 14 days to return your order after delivery. We only accept products that are unused and have their labels attached. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure that all returned products are securely packed in a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and original packaging. Print a copy of the shipping label and attach it to your package. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) for returned items.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that food items are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. This applies to complaints about the pastries Delicatoboll, Punschrulle and Mazarin, please provide as much information as possible and your order number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns of merchandise products<\/strong><br \/>Please register your case in the form above. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) for returned items.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a return label to return your product with.
