By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you certify that you are over 18 years of age.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product information, prices and fees, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All prices stated on the Website are in Swedish kronor and include value added tax (VAT). The prices stated are for the item itself, and additional fees may apply depending on the payment method and delivery method you choose, as well as for unclaimed packages or failed home delivery. The total cost of your order is automatically calculated based on your selections and presented before you complete your order.<\/p>\n<p>When ordering, the prices stated on the Website at the time of ordering apply. Delicato reserves the right to make any typographical errors on the Website. All trademarks of goods and services and all company names are owned by Delicato or one of our partners. These company names and\/or trademarks may not be published or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Delicato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payment on the Website is made through the payment methods applicable at any time as stated on the Website and in the Website's checkout. Payment methods may be removed or changed over time. We currently offer our customers the payment method of credit card payment with cards connected to VISA, MasterCard and Maestro, Amex and UnionPay as well as express checkout with Google Pay and Apple Pay. Purchases can also be financed with Klarna. When paying by credit card, your purchase is carried out immediately when the order is placed. All transactions are secure and encrypted.<\/p>\n<p>As a customer, you agree to pay within the specified time for your chosen payment method. Payment after the due date may result in late fees and interest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campaigns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the case of temporary promotions or offers, Delicato disclaims responsibility for the product selling out or any printing errors. If attempts to exploit the offer in an unauthorized manner are discovered, Delicato has the right to cancel or adjust the order.<\/p>\n<p>If you have received a complementary item free of charge in a campaign when purchasing a product, this complementary item must also be returned together with the original product in the event of a return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping and delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delicato offers several different delivery options. The delivery options available depend on where you (the order holder) live and which product you purchase. Current delivery methods and delivery times are stated in the checkout on the Website. Delivery is only possible to your registered address or the postal service's nearest delivery point. Please note that Delicato is only able to offer delivery to addresses in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>Delicato normally processes your order within one day (weekdays excluding holidays) from the time of ordering until the goods leave our warehouse, provided that we have the goods in stock. The delivery time for the product you ordered is stated at the time of ordering. In certain situations, due to circumstances beyond Delicato's control, the delivery time may be longer. Once the goods have left our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Delicato cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that during peak season\/major promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer. In the event of a delayed delivery, the shipping companies will book a new date and time with you for delivery. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the day you have taken physical possession of the goods or, when ordering several goods, from the day you have taken the last item for physical inspection. However, a prerequisite is that the goods are unused and undamaged. If the goods are not in unchanged condition, we may make a price deduction that corresponds to the decrease in value of the goods. Please note that food is exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, these include, among others, the pastries Delicatoboll, Punschrulle and Mazarin supplied by Delicato.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal option, you must notify Delicato within the 14-day period that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement and then return the product to Delicato. See the section on Returns for more information on how to register your return and return your product in order to complete your return as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>When you as a company shop on the Website, we do not offer the right of withdrawal, but an opportunity to return the product within 14 days from the date the product has been taken into physical possession. Once we have received your return in stock and initiated the refund, a confirmation will be sent via email.<\/p>\n<p>When returning a product, you register your return by contacting Delicato's logistics partner P\u00e5hlsons Daylight, who handles returns on our behalf, via email to <span style=\"color: #7f56c5;\"><a style=\"color: #7f56c5;\" href=\"mailto:shopdelicato@pahlsons.com\">shopdelicato@pahlsons.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Effect of exercised right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delicato will refund the purchase amount paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received the product in stock and approved the return. Confirmation of approved return will be sent to your email address that you provided when ordering. If you are a consumer, the refund date is calculated from the date Delicato has received the product. Refunds will be made via the same payment method that was used when ordering.<\/p>\n<p>However, if you use the product, remove labels or break any seals other than what is necessary to examine the product (determine the nature, properties or function of the product), Delicato is entitled to compensation for the resulting decrease in value of the product. The product should therefore be returned to Delicato in its original packaging. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may of course complain about the product and receive a new one. Complaints should be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Complaints Board.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the extent of the defect, for example, re-delivery, remediation or price reduction will be made. You may also have the right to cancel, for example if the defect is of significant importance. If cancellation is approved, Delicato will reimburse you for the cost of the product.<\/p>\n<p>For claims for other compensation, in addition to the cost of the product, Delicato is liable in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act or other applicable mandatory law. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Delicato have the right to cancel the purchase agreement with immediate effect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of withdrawal and returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delicato reserves the right to cancel orders before delivery has taken place. Delicato's intention is that delivery will take place in accordance with the delivery times stated for the selected delivery option, but delivery delays may occur.
